How long will my order take to arrive?

As most of our own branded products are made to order there is a delay between the date your place your order and that date we dispatch it.

We work hard to reduce this timescale as much as possible, during our busy season which generally runs from May and September, it can take up to 6 weeks for your order to leave us, however this is very rare. Most orders leave our workshop within 3 weeks of an order being placed.

If you need your order to arrive for a specific date or event you are attending it is advisable to contact us as early as possible to discuss your requirements.

Which payment methods do you accept?

There are 2 ways you can choose to pay for your order, either at the time of ordering by PayPal or credit/debit card or just before your order is ready for dispatch by PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

To pay at the time of ordering please select the PayPal payment method. This method can be used to pay using a PayPal account or credit/debit card.

Select the ‘Payment On Dispatch’ option if you would prefer to pay for your order nearer the time of dispatch. We will then contact you when your order is nearing completion by email with your invoice. You can then pay for this by PayPal, credit/debit card or by making a bank transfer payment.

Please note we do not offer credit accounts and orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.

What does ‘Payment On Dispatch’ mean?

Selecting the ‘Payment On Dispatch’ payment option allows you to place your order and pay for it just before we are ready to dispatch. 

As all our own branded products are made to order there is a delay between placing your order and its dispatch. This is generally 2-3 weeks but during busy periods can take up to 6 weeks, however this is very rare.

This payment option is great to help with your cash flow, but please note that we do not offer credit facilities and invoices must be paid in full before goods can be dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Once placed you can track the status of your order by logging in to your account

Your order will initially start in either the Pending status, which means we have successfully received your order and you have selected the Payment On Dispatch payment option or the Processing status which will generally mean you have opted to pay at the time of ordering.

Your order will remain Processing or Pending status whilst we process, manufacture and pack your order. The status of your order will change to Complete when your order has left us.

Once your order has left us you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number and details of the courier service we have used to ship your order.

I am registered for VAT in my country why am I being charged UK VAT?

If you are a EU member state customer and registered for the equivelant VAT in the country your order is being shipped to we can invoice you excluding UK VAT. All you need to do is email us your equivelant VAT number to our email address contactus@tug-e-nuff.co.uk we will validate your VAT number and amend your account accordingly. We are sorry but we are unable to amend any previously paid invoices.
